Job Summary
A marketing company is searching for a person to fill their position for a Remote Marketing Concierge Agent Program Manager in New York City.
Must be able to:
- Track metrics on an individual and team level
- Create a closed loop agent feedback system
- Build, scale, and execute a scheduling system for our rapidly growing team
Qualifications for this position include:
- Experience growing, managing and enabling dozens of remote or contractor teams
- Experience and willingness to work in a fast-paced, startup environment with changing priorities
- Strong project and program management skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to use Excel or Google Sheet reporting and analysis
- Ability to utilize calendar management tools
