A staffing agency has an open position for a Remote Marketing Copywriter in Rockford.

Core Responsibilities Include:

• Writing, editing, and proofreading copy for web, blogs and social media, EDMs, etc.
• Transforming direction and copy points from  briefs into engaging and effective copy concepts
• Partnering with copy leads and creative directors to understand direction on copy elements

Applicants must meet the following qualifications:

• 3 years of copywriting experience in a fast-paced ad agency or marketing department
• Excellent writing skills, with an emphasis on web, digital, and Ad content
• A can-do attitude, effective communication skills
• The desire to deliver copy that works with the overall big picture
• The ability and desire to take direction and continue to enhance your craft
• An excellent understanding of proper grammar, spelling, punctuation, and syntax
