Job Summary

A financial services company needs applicants for an opening for a Remote Marketing CRM Assistant.

Core Responsibilities of this position include:

  • Assists CRM Marketing Manager in ensuring incoming requests from field are addressed
  • Assists in addressing Service Now tickets related to scope of CRM
  • Works with Regional Marketing Managers on higher level requests for sales team

Qualifications for this position include:

  • Intermittent travel requirements as needed
  • High School Diploma
  • At least 2 years of experience in marketing
  • Excellent communication skills, verbal, written and presentation
  • Current knowledge of industry advertising guidelines and procedures
  • Basic knowledge of mortgage banking
