Job Summary

A customer success company needs applicants for an opening for a Remote Marketing Customer Advocacy Manager.

Core Responsibilities Include:

  • Tracking, measuring, and reporting on key metrics to demonstrate the value, impact, and ROI of the customer advocacy programs
  • Owning and enhancing the customer reference program to develop a strong portfolio of customer advocates
  • Identifying and sourcing advocates for Marketing, Customer Outcomes, and Customer Marketing engagement initiatives

Qualifications Include:

  • Minimum of 5 years of Marketing experience
  • Excellent written, storytelling, follow-up, and presentation skills required
  • Technical knowledge of Salesforce, community, reference management, and marketing tech along with reporting experience
  • Track record of creative thinking with a focus on consistent improvement on existing processes and programs
