Job Summary
A marketing company is in need of a Remote Marketing Customer Success Manager.
Individual must be able to fulfill the following responsibilities:
- Work directly with customers to help them find success with company's solution
- Build advocates and getting people to agree with your course of action
- Work across departments including product, design, marketing, etc to use customer feedback to improve our product
