A content marketing agency is searching for a person to fill their position for a Remote Marketing Customer Success Manager.
Must be able to:
- Serve as the proactive main point of contact for all clients on your team
- Coordinate across team members to ensure that customer needs are proactively met
- Manage clients throughout the customer journey from onboarding to retaining, upselling, reonboarding them
