A software technology company is in need of a Remote Marketing Customer Success Manager in Los Angeles.
Core Responsibilities of this position include:
- Identifying growth opportunities with customers, develop and implement solutions to achieve revenue expansion goals
- Developing expertise with new products and features and be able to evangelize them with clients
- Providing client feedback to internal teams
Skills and Requirements Include:
- Good product sense and a willingness to learn
- Strong analytical background and a good grasp of internet technologies
- 5 years minimum of digital advertising experience
- Mobile (iOS, Android) advertising experience
- Familiarity with project management and customer success tools
- BA/BS in a relevant field
