A marketing services company is seeking a Remote Marketing Data Services Customer Success Senior Manager.
Candidates will be responsible for the following:
- Driving continued value and expansion with company's customer accounts
- Guiding customers on best practices and driving solution adoption
- Leading an amazing team of professional Customer Success Managers
Applicants must meet the following qualifications:
- BA/BS degree
- 4+ years of leadership experience leading teams of experienced professionals
- 4+ years of experience working with major brands in digital marketing, advertising or conversation intelligence in a consultative capacity
- Experience working with marketing technology such as Google AdWords, Analytics, Bid Management or programmatic media platforms
