Job Summary

An environmental technology and robotic solutions firm is filling a position for a Remote Marketing Demand and Optimization Manager in Ann Arbor.

Must be able to:

• Work across product, sales, customer success, and marketing partners to translate business needs into innovative strategies
• Work within Salesforce and Pardot to build multi-touch attribution data points
• Build, iterate and maintain reporting capabilities to support data-driven decision making within the marketing team

Required Skills:

• 7+ years of progressive experience in digital marketing/operational tools
• Proven experience at the Manager level, preferably handling SEO and PPC
• 3+ years current Search Engine Marketing (SEM) experience
• Familiarity with key digital marketing topics
• Standout colleague and people leader with the desire to lead, mentor and develop a team
• Experience using tools to track and measure program results
