Job Summary
A pharmacy benefit management company has an open position for a Remote Marketing Director.
Individual must be able to fulfill the following responsibilities:
- Monitor relevant market conditions and trends in order to drive effective messaging and tactics to targeted audiences
- Lead the planning, implementation and evaluation of strategic sales, product or consumer communication campaigns/plans and materials, including creative design
- Develop and maximize third party relationships to deliver on department, brand and project objectives and strategies
Applicants must meet the following qualifications:
- Ability to travel up to 10% of the time
- Bachelor’s degree in marketing, communications or related area of study, or equivalent combination of education and/or relevant work experience
- Ability to provide thoughtful team direction and elevate team performance and progress towards reaching business and client goals
- Demonstrated ability to clearly communicate roles and expectations
- Ability to provide writing/editorial expertise in support of driving key messaging and marketing objectives
- Ability to oversee the prioritization of strategic and department level initiatives and projects
