Job Summary

A developer of an online time-tracking tool is filling a position for a Remote Marketing Director.

Must be able to:

• Planning and organizing marketing functions and operations (product marketing, paid advertising, marketing automation, owned and earned media)
• Developing a feasible marketing plan to support the company’s overall strategies and oversee its day-to-day implementation
• Planning, executing and measuring experiments and conversion tests

Required Skills:

• Ability to travel; between 2 and 8 in-person meetups per year for team-building (expenses covered)
• Proven entrepreneurial individual with experience leading a marketing team in a scaling SaaS business
• Demonstrated analytical mind, with strong attention to detail, and ability to identify trends within data sets
• Ability to work during European time zones
• 5+ experience in (B2B) demand generation and acquisition marketing and have built out a SaaS acquisition machine before
• Proven experience in Paid Search, Paid Social, Display, Retargeting, Affiliate, CRO, SEO and self-service sales
