Job Summary
A design consulting firm is seeking a Remote Marketing Director.
Core Responsibilities of this position include:
- Overseeing proposal production team and providing clear direction and management
- Facilitating proposal stage gate discussions, ensuring pursuits meet strategic business objectives
- Collaborating with business development, market leaders & technical staff to document a consistent process for RFP/RFQ responses
Must meet the following requirements for consideration:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, Journalism, English, or related field preferred
- Minimum of 10 years’ marketing experience, with at least 2 years of proposal (RFP) involvement
- Experience leading teams and, preferably, managing proposal processes
- Advanced knowledge (proficient) in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Intermediate knowledge in Adobe InDesign
