Job Summary
An online retailer is searching for a person to fill their position for a Remote Marketing Director in New York City.
Candidates will be responsible for the following:
- Leading marketing efforts across acquisition, retention and brand marketing, while defining and executing a strategy that aligns with company-level strategic objectives
- Leading the development of integrated marketing plans, guiding the brand, performance, retention and editorial teams in campaign development and execution, ensuring that all campaign elements maximally contribute to achieving KPIs
- Defining and mastering the underlying business levers and drivers to make data-informed decisions to optimize growth and achieve customer acquisition and retention goals
Qualifications for this position include:
- 8-10+ years’ experience marketing digital consumer products
- Proven ability to lead (a high performance team), build relationships, and work effectively in a cross-functional team environment
- Demonstrated exceptional analytical skills and deep experience with A/B testing and optimization
- Expertise in core business tools (Microsoft suite including PPT and Excel, project management tools, and Google Analytics platforms)
- Ability to ensure brand message is strong and consistent across all channels
- Ability to identify opportunities to reach new market segments and expand market share
