Individual must be able to fulfill the following responsibilities:

- Consistently analyze key marketing metrics and report on ROI
- Hire, manage, develop and grow a team of marketing professionals
Qualifications for this position include:
- Bachelor’s degree in marketing, business or related field
- 7+ years of marketing experience
- Track record running a growth strategy and driving measurable results
- At least 5+ years of management experience leading high-functioning teams
- A strong project management and problem-solving track record
- Proven ability to manage a budget to maximize ROI
