Job Summary
A marketing and advertising agency is seeking a Remote Marketing Diversity and Inclusion Program Manager.
Core Responsibilities of this position include:
- Developing a culture of inclusion and belonging
- Developing, implementing, and reviewing programs that promote diversity
- Participating in the planning and execution of inclusion and belonging programs, including workshops, trainings, and external speakers
Applicants must meet the following qualifications:
- Ability to conduct research on DEI topics as needed
- Ability to bring in relevant trends and ideas consistently
- Ability to compile statistics, metrics, and report to assess the progress and effectiveness of DEI initiatives
- Ability to prepare communication materials bringing visibility to DEI initiatives across the org
- Ability to review, analyze and report on DEI data and present it in a manner that is understood by diverse stakeholders
- Ability to partner and lead various employee facing DEI focused programs
