Job Summary

A cosmetic company is in need of a Remote Marketing Effectiveness Senior Analyst in San Francisco.

Must be able to:

• Build out data sets leveraging 3rd party data sources and CRM data
• Manage Sephora’s direct mail audience strategy and activation
• Identify new opportunities within markets to attract and engage customers

Required Skills:

• 2-6 years’ of Analytics experience
• Experience with Direct Mail, Email, Push, or SMS
• Comfortable performing complex analyses to generate data driven insight and recommendations
• Exceptional creative problem solving and critical thinking skills
• Solid SQL and advanced Excel skills
• Great attention to detail, with ability to dig deep into details
