Job Summary
A creator marketing platform has a current position open for a Remote Marketing Engineering Vice President.
Candidates will be responsible for the following:
- Continuing to scale our software systems to meet increasing customer demand
- Working with Product Managers and Individual Contributors to optimize scoping conversations
- Enabling each squad and each engineer to work autonomously
Applicants must meet the following qualifications:
- Have extensive experience leading software teams to quickly ship well-tested features
- Be adept at using business and product metrics to make decisions and drive direction
- Have the ability to foster both high performance and a high degree of psychological safety on the team
- Guide and mentor your team with clarity and empathy
- Be autonomous and self-motivated to work effectively in a 100% remote company
- Have a background in developing applications using Ruby on Rails, and experience with other tools in our technology stack
