Remote Marketing Engineering Vice President

Job Summary

A creator marketing platform has a current position open for a Remote Marketing Engineering Vice President.

Candidates will be responsible for the following:

• Continuing to scale our software systems to meet increasing customer demand
• Working with Product Managers and Individual Contributors to optimize scoping conversations
• Enabling each squad and each engineer to work autonomously

Applicants must meet the following qualifications:

• Have extensive experience leading software teams to quickly ship well-tested features
• Be adept at using business and product metrics to make decisions and drive direction
• Have the ability to foster both high performance and a high degree of psychological safety on the team
• Guide and mentor your team with clarity and empathy
• Be autonomous and self-motivated to work effectively in a 100% remote company
• Have a background in developing applications using Ruby on Rails, and experience with other tools in our technology stack
