Job Summary

A company that provides business outsourcing services is in need of a Remote Marketing Industry Customer Service Representative.

Core Responsibilities of this position include:

  • Assisting customers through the redemption of rebates and rewards
  • Providing an efficient and high quality experience for customers, upholding a professional demeanor in difficult situations
  • Documenting complete and accurate information for each customer call

Qualifications Include:

  • Must reside in areas of Fort Worth/Dallas, TX or Quad Cities, IL
  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Proven longevity in past employment
  • Committed to excellent attendance, and able to work M-F 10:30 AM - 7:00 PM
  • Ability to adhere to a set schedule with flexibility to work extra hours or a modified work schedule to meet business needs
  • Ability to use resources and technology tools to assist customers with questions, and to stay up-to-date on program information
