Job Summary
A healthcare company is searching for a person to fill their position for a Remote Marketing Industry Operations Manager.
Candidates will be responsible for the following:
- Ensuring all operations are carried out in an appropriate, cost-effective way
- Improving operational management systems, processes and best practices
- Overseeing quality controls and monitoring production and customer KPIs
Must meet the following requirements for consideration:
- Minimum of 3 years experience working in a management role at digital marketing agency
- Minimum of 5 years experience of digital agency experience
- Google Analytics and Hubspot certifications
- Ability to manage and prioritize multiple projects and deliver to expected deadlines
- Excellent client service and communication skills
- Knowledge of the field of fertility care and the business side of reproductive health
