A fashion company has a current position open for a Remote Marketing Lead Corporate Recruiter.

Must be able to:

• Own end-to-end recruiting process
• Drive top-of-funnel talent pipelines with an emphasis on candidate diversity
• Build enduring recruiting capabilities by prioritizing programs and opportunities

Required Skills:

• You have exceptional verbal and written communication skills with an immaculate attention to detail
• You have at least 8 years of full cycle recruiting experience for various non-tech functions
• 3 years of in-house experience at a high-growth, fast-paced tech company
• You are an experienced talent partner to leadership
• You develop your own data analysis and reporting to provide insights and recommendations to hiring partners
• You operate with a high degree of empathy and integrity for both candidates and hiring partners
