Job Summary

A jewelry company is seeking a Remote Marketing Lead in Brooklyn.

Candidates will be responsible for the following:

• Setting performance goals with CEO based on 1 and 3-year growth plans
• Managing vendors, freelancers, and interns to execute on marketing campaigns
• Tracking and analyzing digital analytics to inform marketing strategy

Required Skills:

• Experience building marketing strategies and executing on marketing campaigns across channels
• Experience managing a growing team
• Experience snalyzing data from marketing campaigns to understand performance and trends
• Familiar with cause marketing, especially messaging around any of our current cause areas
• Prior experience or interest in marketing for direct-to-consumer brands
• Understanding paid social channels and knowledge of which levers can be pulled to optimize acquisition efforts
