Job Summary

A marketing agency specializing in crowdsourcing solutions is seeking a Remote Marketing Manager in San Diego.

Must be able to:

• Develop customer personas, map customer journeys, and develop automated workflows within Hubspot to drive more efficient customer acquisition
• Work with the sales team to develop cold email and outbound marketing strategies for driving qualified leads
• Develop optimized marketing collateral to support sales in closing leads

Skills and Requirements Include:

• 3+ years in a mid-level marketing role
• Proven robust analytical skills with ability to quickly digest large amounts of data, identify trends, and pursue the right questions to take action
• Deep experience with Hubspot or equivalent marketing software
• Proven ability to execute on a content marketing strategy
• Proven ability to grow organic social channels
• Proven ability to drive sales through paid media
