Job Summary
An insurance and benefits provider is searching for a person to fill their position for a Remote Marketing Multi Media Design Manager.
Must be able to:
- Act as a lead motivator of other members of Marketing to develop design solutions
- Provide cross-team support, standardization, best practices, and interconnection
- Work as a design team member on individual assignments about 75% of the time and manage performance
Applicants must meet the following qualifications:
- 7+ years of experience in design
- 2+ years of managing other designers
- Bachelor's degree in design field or equivalent experience
- Have a strong design background
- Confidently sells ideas to senior leadership, business partners and creative teams
- Expert using the Adobe Creative Suite
