Job Summary

A financial technology company is seeking a Remote Marketing Operations Associate.

Individual must be able to fulfill the following responsibilities:

• Market automation development and execution; segmentation, testing, deployment and optimization
• Maintain Marketo programs for accuracy, consistency and best practices
• Take initiative to troubleshoot errors and assess/initiate improvements to the execution process

Required Skills:

• 2+ years work experience in an operational/marketing automation environment
• Basic understanding of email marketing best practices
• Ability to define and improve operational processes
• Ability to influence and collaborate with cross-functional teams
