Job Summary
An education platform is filling a position for a Remote Marketing Operations Associate.
Individual must be able to fulfill the following responsibilities:
- Work cross-functionally to implement new solutions designed
- Build and maintain automation/workflows in HubSpot to support efficient processes
- Ensure a consistent and clean lead routing process for all inbound marketing qualified leads
Applicants must meet the following qualifications:
- 1-2 years proficiency with HubSpot or other marketing automation technology
- 1-2 years experience building automated email nurture campaigns
- Hands on expertise and mindset of continuous improvement across marketing automation architecture
- Project management experience to manage multiple projects with competing priorities
- Intellectually curious, asking questions to understand context first before diving into solutions
- Continuously learning and keeping a pulse on industry trends and best practices
