Job Summary
A biotechnology company is filling a position for a Remote Marketing Operations Coordinator.
Candidates will be responsible for the following:
- Creating timelines for creative projects, assigning resources and determining hand-offs
- Effectively communicating and enforcing production schedules and deadlines
- Generating and maintaining daily priority list for the creative services team
Must meet the following requirements for consideration:
- 2+ years of agency or marketing project management experience
- Client facing experience requiring strong communication and time management skills
- Ability to manage all aspects of creative production– from project inception to completion
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills
- Detail-oriented with the ability to work in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment
- Strong initiative and customer service focus
