Job Summary
A digital agency that specializes in open technology solutions is in need of a Remote Marketing Operations Director.
Individual must be able to fulfill the following responsibilities:
- Lead the nascent Phase2 Marketing Operations team
- Translate client needs into an effective marketing strategy
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives with clients
Position Requirements Include:
- Ability to speak at conferences, and be involved in the community
- BA or BS degree
- 5-7 years of progressive experience in marketing or marketing operations
- Experience leading and growing teams
- Client-facing consulting experience
- Experience collaborating with client C-level marketing and technology leadership
