Job Summary

Do you have experience with project management/operations at a marketing agency? We're looking for a crazy-detail-oriented teammate who is excited to evolve with a smart and sassy ecommerce ads & strategy team.

This position will support the Managing Director in overseeing and implementing agency objectives and goals. This is a tactical, hands-on role with the opportunity to evolve into a management position.

The ideal candidate will possess strong competencies in project management, data, analytics & reporting, and strategic planning. Bonus points for team leadership skills and financial acumen.

Your main goal is to reduce the Managing Director's time spent on daily operations and lead the team to implement, execute, and drive projects through completion.

Location: This is a remote, full-time position, working the hours of 9:00 am - 5:00 pm EST.

Salary: $60,000 - $75,000 based on experience.

  • Requirements:
  • Must have 2-5 years of experience in an operations / project management role at an agency.
  • Must have strong leadership ability with a focus on accountability and proactivity.
  • Ability to anticipate needs, think critically, and offer solutions.
  • A wide degree of creativity to resolve problems.
  • Must be comfortable on camera (video calls via Zoom).
  • Must have a superior understanding and commitment to project management, client service and account management.
  • Must have strong analytical skills.
  • Ability to succeed and meet deadlines in an extremely fast-paced environment.
  • Must have excellent verbal and written communications skills.
  • Must have a general understanding of the principles of ecommerce and paid ads.
  • Must have experience working with creative teams including copywriters, graphic designers, web developers, etc.
  • Must have an understanding of the marketing/sales relationship.
  • Must have an understanding of marketing ROI and reporting principles.
  • Must have a working knowledge of graphic and web design terminology.
