Job Summary

A marketing services provider has a current position open for a Remote Marketing Operations Manager.

Candidates will be responsible for the following:

• Directly managing the design, development, execution and measurement of demand generation
• Working closely with field marketing and sales to gather requirements and execute programs within Salesforce
• Designing and implementing demand waterfall frameworks (like SiriusDecisions)

Required Skills:

• Bachelors degree
• 5+ years experience in B2B marketing operations, in a B2B high tech company
• 4+ years of hands on experience with Salesforce in a Marketing Operations team
• Proven ability to build and manage a shared demand waterfall with sales utilizing Sirius Decisions methodologies
• Extensive experience in working with sales, sales operations, marketing, and IT teams
• Strong project management skills
