Job Summary

A non-profit organization is searching for a person to fill their position for a Remote Marketing Operations Program Manager.

Core Responsibilities Include:

• Leading special process, improvement, infrastructure and/or operational initiatives
• Providing maintenance of vendor relationships, operational efficiencies, and adherence to business practices related to vendor contracts
• Developing and executing routine and ad hoc marketing segmentation and specialty requests

Required Skills:

• Work-from-home position as long as selected candidate can flex schedule to support meetings/clients nationwide
• Bachelor's degree in a related field
• 5 years closely related experience with an emphasis on Marketing Operations and/or project management
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications a must
• CRM experience required
• Track record of developing and maintaining operational and process initiatives in support of marketing activities
