Job Summary
A global wellness industry technology company is searching for a person to fill their position for a Remote Marketing Operations Specialist.
Core Responsibilities of this position include:
- Meeting with and/or shadowing decision-makers to understand business requirements
- Documenting and tracking Marketing Operations projects through design, development, testing, delivery, and reporting phases
- Working to continuously improve the Marketing funnel by providing insights into our lead management performance
Position Requirements Include:
- Bachelor’s Degree in a related area like marketing, business management, or computer science, or equivalent experience
- 2+ years of hands-on experience in marketing operations, business operations, business analyst, and/or a marketing technology capacity
- 2+ years of hands-on experience performing technical discovery and/or configuration, or managing integrated marketing software platforms
- Knowledge of a broad application of marketing principles and demand generation activities
- Creative problem solver with an exceptional eye on attention to detail
- Strategic and analytical thinker
