Job Summary
A banking institution has a current position open for a Remote Marketing Partner Quality Specialist I.
Candidates will be responsible for the following:
- Reviewing marketing materials against work papers to ensure quality and adherence to the guidelines
- Submitting issues for resolution to appropriate departments
- Building relationships with internal and external stakeholders
Skills and Requirements Include:
- Bachelor's degree preferred or equivalent experience required
- Able to meet and maintain all Service Level Agreements as defined by department criteria
- Able to meet and maintain acceptable Quality Review scores as defined by department criteria
