Job Summary

A marketing company is in need of a Remote Marketing People Partner.

Must be able to:

Provide robust business partnering for the assigned division
Develop and drive people programs and processes from start to finish
Oversee the development and implementation of programs to help foster our core values across all teams

Skills and Requirements Include:

6+ plus years’ experience in an HR Business Partner role
Knowledge of multiple human resource disciplines
Knowledge of HR best practices for scaling tech businesses and supporting high performance
Expert in multiple business units
Proficient with different HRIS, Slack, and Google Suite
Exceptional communication skills with strong attention to detail
