Job Summary

A marketing company is in need of a Remote Marketing People Partner.

Must be able to:

• Provide robust business partnering for the assigned division
• Develop and drive people programs and processes from start to finish
• Oversee the development and implementation of programs to help foster our core values across all teams

Skills and Requirements Include:

• 6+ plus years’ experience in an HR Business Partner role
• Knowledge of multiple human resource disciplines
• Knowledge of HR best practices for scaling tech businesses and supporting high performance
• Expert in multiple business units
• Proficient with different HRIS, Slack, and Google Suite
• Exceptional communication skills with strong attention to detail
