Job Summary
A social media marketing agency is in need of a Remote Marketing Platform Customer Success Manager.
Individual must be able to fulfill the following responsibilities:
- Maintaining and growing monthly recurring customers' revenue
- Identifying and mitigating churn risk across customer portfolio
- Quarterbacking internal and external initiative
Applicants must meet the following qualifications:
- BS or equivalent education and relevant experience
- 2-4 yrs. direct and verifiable enterprise-level customer success experience Proven track record of success with a verifiable history of exceeding sales and customer success goals Driven by personal, team and company achievement with a commitment to excellence

- Enterprise-ready, solution-oriented mindset
- Ability to lead, manage, or influence both internal resources and customer resources
- Experience in SaaS, Social Media Management and enterprise software
