Job Summary

A national advisory assurance and tax accounting firm has an open position for a Remote Marketing Proposal Coordinator.

Core Responsibilities of this position include:

• Assisting with keeping proposal templates and sales enablement materials up-to-date
• Assisting with CRM compliance and building monthly proposal reports
• Assembling initial proposal drafts based on existing templates and proposal content

Required Skills:

• Bachelor's degree in English, Journalism, Communications, Marketing or related fields
• Excellent communication and writing skills
• 0-2 years of proposal writing experience, preferably in the professional services industry
• Strong organization skills to support multiple proposals simultaneously and on deadline
• Significant attention to detail both in writing and the overall quality of the proposal
• A team player who collaborates effectively with proposal and pursuit teams
