Job Summary
A healthcare software company is seeking a Remote Marketing Recruiter in Austin.
Candidates will be responsible for the following:
- Becoming a trusted strategic partner to our Marketing leaders to scale the Marketing org in a timely fashion
- Being a head-hunter –source candidates on job boards, through referrals, and social media
- Managing the full cycle of recruiting candidates from sourcing through close, with primary ownership for the growth of our sales team
Qualifications for this position include:
- 4+ years sourcing and closing Marketing professionals, ideally for a tech or healthcare company
- Proven track record of successfully closing requisitions within reasonable time-to-fill metrics
- Experience building strategic partnerships with hiring managers and cross-functional team members
- Strong communicator across all levels and verticals of the organization
- Experience working on a small team in a high-growth, rapidly changing environment
- Experience leveraging an ATS (we use Lever) to track and manage candidates, and regularly reporting on recruiting metrics
