Job Summary

A marketing company is seeking a Remote Marketing Sales Support Specialist.

Individual must be able to fulfill the following responsibilities:

  • Answer customer questions about how the company can work for their business
  • Qualify customers and appropriately route them to account executives
  • Respond to email tickets, online chats, or phone calls to help potential customers get signed up and started with the platform

Required Skills:

  • Demonstrable critical thinking, communication, and creative problem-solving skills
  • At least 1 year of experience working with customers, preferably in a sales role
  • Ability to learn new software platforms quickly
  • Experience qualifying and evaluating customer needs
  • Familiarity with chat and CRM platforms
  • Highly organized, you can manage and prioritize several different projects
