Job Summary

A marketing services company has a current position open for a Remote Marketing Services Customer Success Manager.

Individual must be able to fulfill the following responsibilities:

  • Acting as the primary point of contact for a portfolio of customers
  • Balancing multiple customer accounts in various stages of their lifecycle
  • Employing Customer Success and marketing automation platforms

Qualifications Include:

  • 4+ years customer success management experience
  • 2+ years experience with B2B SaaS and enterprise software
  • Demonstrated ability to on-board, support, and excite customers
  • Excellent project management experience
  • Excellent verbal and written communication capabilities
  • A self-starter, with a strong technical aptitude
