Job Summary
A marketing software company needs applicants for an opening for a Talent Sourcer (Temporary Contract).
Core Responsibilities Include:
- Working closely with others to identify key talent and evaluation candidate skills against specific requisition descriptions
- Conducting phone interviews to pre-qualify candidates
- Partnering closely with all levels of the organization in all things sourcing (strategy through execution)
Must meet the following requirements for consideration:
- 3+ years of sourcing experience in a fast-paced technology companies
- 5+ years of recruitment experience
- 3+ years of LinkedIn recruiter experience
- Experience building recruiting systems and strategies from the ground up, including approaches to increasing diversity
- Evaluate candidates for multiple positions at our company and guide them through the hiring process
- Track record of success managing difficult searches directly, juggling competing priorities, and handling high requisition loads
