Job Summary

A software development company needs applicants for an opening for a Remote Marketing Solutions Business Systems Manager.

Individual must be able to fulfill the following responsibilities:

• Maintain, establish and ensure compliance with all technical solutions and existing systems
• Partner closely with our Finance, Legal, and Security teams on aligning initiatives and goals
• Drive technical strategy and establish a coordinated team operations to deliver tech solutions

Qualifications Include:

• Experience in a project management and business enablement operational role
• Have built out a function from a small, scrappy team to a large, well functioning team
• Have a passion and experience for people management and be able to understand technical concepts
• Have proven success managing and enabling business processes at scale
• Have experience working with financial systems and have a deep understanding of compliance, security, and privacy needs
• Are effective at seeing the “bigger picture”, with the ability to drive impact on a global scale in a way that fits with company culture
