Job Summary

A company that provides a decentralized Oracle network is in need of a Remote Marketing Sourcer.

Core Responsibilities of this position include:

• Assisting recruiters to clearly define and develop a compelling employee value proposition
• Identifying the channels and strategy to source candidates
• Partnering with recruiters and team members to generate ideas and share information

Required Skills:

• Ability to define, develop and deliver strategy on the management and optimization
• 2+ years of Sourcing and/or Recruiting experience
• High-level program/project management skills; systems and process orientation
• Quality focused and able to drive continuous improvement
