A beauty company has an open position for a Remote Marketing Strategy Director.
Candidates will be responsible for the following:
- Assessing marketing campaign ROI and optimize budget allocation
- Participating in cross-departmental strategic planning processes and share recommendations
- Monitoring progress and submit periodic and ad-hoc performance reports
Skills and Requirements Include:
- 10+ years of extensive experience in consumer goods or cosmetic & beauty industry
- BSc/BA in Business Administration, Marketing and Communications
- Strong relationship building and negotiating skills
- Strong understanding of eCommerce market place
- Experience in thematic product launches, ideation and management of marketing strategies
- Analytical and creative thinking; outstanding communication and interpersonal skills
