Job Summary
A nonprofit organization is seeking a Remote Marketing Support Specialist.
Must be able to:
- Deliver excellent customer service to internal and external prospects and clients
- Provide training and support to the Group Administrators and channel partners
- Provide technical support to external sales partners
Skills and Requirements Include:
- Sales skill - ability to understand and participate in an effective sales process
- Strong computer skills
- Planning and Organizing - ability to work effectively without a high level of supervision
- 1 year prior customer service and/or sales related experience required
