An insurance provider is seeking a Remote Marketing Talent Acquisition Specialist.
Core Responsibilities of this position include:
- Conducting full-life cycle recruitment with limited auxiliary support
- Playing the role of career match-maker by finding that perfect fit for a variety of corporate openings
- Being a brand ambassador and provide a high-touch candidate experience for all applicants regardless of decision
Applicants must meet the following qualifications:
- 2 + years of relevant recruiting experience or 6+ years of continuous and successful equivalent work experience
- Ability to work effectively as an independent contributor, demonstrated success achieving goals with limited direction and support
- Experience finding top talent within the Marketing sector
- Demonstrated commitment to building, maintaining, and growing a diverse and inclusive workplace
- An adept multi-tasker, effectively handles changing and sometimes competing priorities
- Experience using applicant tracking software, ideally UltiPro or customer management software, to manage workflow
