- Centering diversity, equity and inclusion throughout the entire lifecycle of an interview process
Applicants must meet the following qualifications:
- You are passionate about driving sales recruitment efforts and have 5+ years of experience recruiting sales professionals
- 5+ years' experience performing full life-cycle recruiting, with 3+ years of that in-house
- You have a High School Diploma
- Highly empathetic individual who cares deeply about fostering real relationships, both with candidates and current team members
- You are a creative go-getter for whom no task is too small or too large
- You are someone who loves to source
