A coaching enablement platform is in need of a Remote Marketing Vice President.

Core Responsibilities of this position include:

• Quickly increasing market visibility and market share
• Strategically accelerating and elevating brand awareness and positioning of Sounding Board
• Owning marketing strategy, including baseline achievement goals and KPIs

Qualifications for this position include:

• 15+ years marketing experience, preferably in enterprise/mid-market
• Experience marketing in the HR, learning, talent technology markets
• 10+ years of experience directly managing and growing a marketing team
• Ability to tie marketing investment and performance to sales pipeline results
• Clear communicator externally and internally across multiple platforms
• Experience elevating market share in emerging markets in competitive environments
