Job Summary

A human resource services company is in need of a Remote Marketing Vice President.

Must be able to:

• Oversee a growing team of marketing professionals
• Create, implement, and continually refine the Marketing strategy
• Ensure the Sales team has a strong and reliable pipeline of qualified leads

Required Skills:

• 6+ years of experience leading Marketing teams at rapidly scaling B2B SaaS companies
• 6+ years of experience hiring and managing managers
• Have owned a lead and/or pipeline target for the majority of your career in Marketing leadership
• Excel at building teams that constantly use data to inform decisions, experiment, and iterate
• Are a multifaceted Marketing leader with a deep understanding of demand generation
• Can expertly navigate a Customer Relationship Management platform like Hubspot or Salesforce
