Job Summary
A pharmaceutical company is filling a position for a Remote Marketplace and Account Management Training Associate Director in Ridgefield.
Core Responsibilities of this position include:
- Actively managing, coaching, and having oversight of any rotations
- Providing virtual or live classroom facilitation as well as live coaching to trainees
- Developing innovative new programs / training capabilities
Qualifications for this position include:
- Ability to travel - Assumes ~25% travel (including overnight travel)
- Bachelor's degree from an accredited institution required
- Ten (10) years' experience in the pharmaceutical industry
- One (1) to three (3) years of experience in leading projects required
- Demonstrated ability to manage budget and resource
- Excellent organizational, communication and interpersonal skills
