Job Summary

A pharmaceutical company is filling a position for a Remote Marketplace and Account Management Training Associate Director in Ridgefield.

Core Responsibilities of this position include:

  • Actively managing, coaching, and having oversight of any rotations
  • Providing virtual or live classroom facilitation as well as live coaching to trainees
  • Developing innovative new programs / training capabilities

Qualifications for this position include:

  • Ability to travel - Assumes ~25% travel (including overnight travel)
  • Bachelor's degree from an accredited institution required
  • Ten (10) years' experience in the pharmaceutical industry
  • One (1) to three (3) years of experience in leading projects required
  • Demonstrated ability to manage budget and resource
  • Excellent organizational, communication and interpersonal skills
