Job Summary
An online freelance marketplace that connects businesses to talent has an open position for a Remote Marketplace Billing Specialist.
Core Responsibilities of this position include:
- Researching and responding to client and/or internal team inquiries in a timely manner
- Reconciling transactions to review variances
- Managing a portfolio of enterprise clients and handle all invoicing per the contract
Qualifications for this position include:
- 3+ years of relevant billing experience
- Accounts Receivable order to cash cycle experience
- Practical knowledge of accounting principals
- Intermediate MS Excel skills including pivot tables, V-Lookups, keyboard shortcuts, etc
- Strong organizational skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
