A privately-held employment-related search engine has an open position for a Remote Marketplace Product Management Senior Director.
Candidates will be responsible for the following:
- Hiring, leading and supporting a team of product managers
- Researching and understanding customer needs and market developments
- Driving alignment and presenting product plans
Qualifications for this position include:
- 10+ years in Product Management
- 5+ years in people management with a solid understanding of Product Management practices
- Extensive internet software product management experience
- Experience building app stores, integration platforms and/or workflow tools
- Ability to make data-driven business decisions
- Outstanding data analysis skills
